I work on most of the southwest Florida gulf coast area and there are some awesome long term hold spots that I personally have some investments and have helped other invest as well!

However if I were to see the listing on it's own with no background photos I wouldn't expect it to be a home in Sedona or even the desert southwest for that matter.

Mostly in the midwest, southeast and south west.

For example, places like Decatur and Hartselle—which are 25 and 35 miles southwest of Huntsville, respectively—could work well on your budget.
