Before COVID, we had to physically be in Quebec to sign papers with the lawyers.

I have been at this a long time and have been to the board a dozen or more times on tenant issues in any given year.Jason Canada is not the problem just Ontario and Quebec, Anywhere west of Ontario is OK landlord/tenant regulations wise to invest. 

They are made in Quebec and seem pretty good.

Hello John, I was pretty interested by your problem, as we had a similar cases here in Québec. 

Since we now have Provincial sub-forums on BP, I am going to suggest we collapse them as follows:- Atlantic Canada- Québec- Ontario- Prairies & the North- British Columbia My argument for the collapse is there are not enough active BP members in the Maritime/Atlantic Provinces, Prairies and, certainly not, the Territories to warrant individual provincial/territorial forums.

I used to have a company that ran tours for wildlife photographers, some in the lower 48, but my favorite was Alaska and the arctic.So if I had cash to play with I'd start with a 3 week driving tour of Alaska, then go back to Kuujjuaq, Quebec, topped off with a visit to Bylot Island at the northern tip of Baffin Island and then to Quttinirpaaq National Park at the norther end of Ellesmere Island. 

It is pretty much universal in Canada - in some jurisdictions it is extended to common-law spouses as well - but was perhaps present in Québec first (which is also has the Napoleonic Code of Law).
