You are the power player so use your power to hire others to handle this. 

Commercial is much more of a relationship/who you know business so your job is to know more people who are the players in your area.

You really have to have a game changing product to make it worth larger players to switch.

I am a division one soccer player and have been blessed to be done with my last years with no debt.

@JD Martin I was a huge leverage player in 2020 and 2021.

A true wild-west for wall-street where it's very possible the biggest players and winners will look more like RoaringKitty than the Claus Schwab's.
