Tim Gordon  I looked at your website.. and as long as you actually come into title then resell your fine I would suspect.. if you are never in title then your clearly doing what the state says is an activity that requires a license you are marketing for clients on the internet plain and simple..

There is a fine line between design and just plain tacky almost.

When I look at the design it’s not very modern, it’s very plain.

The plain reality is they are doing their job and like it or not, they are tasked with bringing the house into code for the protection of their resident or future resident.
