I have ~750 FICO score.

I just read a new ranking of market ratings and I was not a fan seeing MN ranked 99.9 out of 100 potential score.

That way she could see income, credit score, background check, etc.

So I get this referral from a relative about a tenant who has good credit score, no criminal history, and a good paying job.

Current rate is 5.75 and credit scores are around 750.
