It's really all about putting together your team - realtor,  title company, other adivisors, QI.

@Jason Weidmannit's only solid if:1) you pick a market that you can go to in person and build a team first, and 2) you recognize that RE is a long-term investment, and you may have to wait 5-10 years, or longer, before seeing ANY return. 

But if you/your team like to spend some time building your own flow, feel like it's better to build it on go high level directly.

Are there team members (RE agents, wholesalers, lenders, PMs, contractors, etc) you'd recommend?

Getting the system/team in place will be key once you start to scale with STR in your market.

Both Columbus and Cleveland are great markets if you have a great team in place.

Out-of-state investing can absolutely work, but it comes with a steeper learning curve and more reliance on a team.
