If you are getting feedback from this group of posters, many of which are legendary by BP standards and known for their knowledge and willingness to share it. 

What you can learn from this and show them can set them up for life.  

If you are looking at this property from a residential and rental perspective, then it may work as long as you are willing to put your own income into the property. 

I love this architects designs for cottages and pocket neighborhoods, but this concept is something entirely different.
