Fuel oil is not especially volatile, but it stinks and if it does ignite, the conflagration will be formidable.

Now even when it's on minimum with a blower it generates way too much heat & it lacks a thermostat control unit.Also if you get a remote go with direct hard wired ignition as those with batteries in the log set will need to be replaced every year & they are tough to get to.

I speak very highly of you guys and this site has been the spark that ignited my dream I have turned into a real company!

It's not likely dangerous - while Great stuff is flammable - the hot air in your duct line will not ignite it.What may happen is the foam will eventually loosen over time with the repeated expansion and contraction of the vent pipe and the seal will fail.  

We learned a great quote this last weekend that ignited us to get more serious with the laid back real estate investment business.

I buy cars with push button ignitions so I don't have to take a key out and turn it.  

The stove also doesnt ignite.

The "fire" was due largely in part to a spark ignited from right here on BP.find that 15+ apartment building - CHECK.

In my personal residence they replaced my cook top because it was old and the igniters went out (and couldn't be replaced due to part discontinued).The value I've gotten out of the service has been great.  

There was a fire (don't know how/where it started) and once the siding ignited the fire couldn't be extinguished.
