@Adam Eckhoff I personally prefer real estate over stocks because it gives a quicker return on cash in your pocket (unless you are a skilled day trader/options trader).

So as Warren Buffet says “Be fearful when people are greedy, and greedy when people are fearful” I’ll continue to be greedy while everyone else sits on the sidelines complaining about how expensive homes are with these interest rates.
