@Adam Eckhoff I personally prefer real estate over stocks because it gives a quicker return on cash in your pocket (unless you are a skilled day trader/options trader).

That usually shuts up greedy tenants.These are tenants you do not want to keep especiallyy if they have money issues.

But I think right now is the time to be ‘greedy while others are fearful’ I am still finding deals, it may be harder but it is definitely possible, does anyone else feel the same? 

You are trying to invest in real estate, while they are merely traders looking to sell.

Typically, banks, funds, and traders will have an expectation or estimate on key economic data releases, often created through sophisticated, complex financial models.

While he trades CRE is almost like a day trader, he keeps buying and selling property very fast for an asset that's not in his expertise/level.

Considering the circumstances, I would really appreciate your opinions on whether I am being greedy with the listing price or whether I should be patient, keep the selling price as it is, and wait for a serious buyer.

Good time to be an investor with cash in my opinion, but you have to be the type of person who is greedy when others are fearful.

So as Warren Buffet says “Be fearful when people are greedy, and greedy when people are fearful” I’ll continue to be greedy while everyone else sits on the sidelines complaining about how expensive homes are with these interest rates.
