Children's behaviors are formed from nature(genetics) and nurture(how their raised).

What I do have is some sort of genetic disorder called "a sometimes misguided passion for real estate investing" that at times interferes with other areas of my life.

There are not a large number of job opportunities available for what I do (genetic research).

I graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Biology and went on to earn a MS in Genetics at the University of California, Davis.

I wanted them to have a predisposition of me saving them money before they even called me.

While some breeds may have a genetic predisposition to certain kinds of aggression (towards other dogs, or in defense of their owners, for example), how the dog owner manages their dog and the individual temperament of the dog matter more than the breed.  

We pass on knowledge both genetically and socially so that some part of us lives on.
