Rent by the room may bring in more cash flow per bedroom, but may not cash flow as well if you convert the SFH back to a long term rental.

Or are you using an SBLOC to bring $500k and then bringing another $200k in cash out of pocket?

I'm not sure if that would bring in enough money but it would certainly make things easier financially speaking while you built up your real estate portfolio. 

If your park was the cheapest around (under market) then any new owner is going to bring up rents.

Curious though if you have other paras or intend to bring on more folks on the legal side since most the others are ops and CPAs?
