It could be heat in the winter(in Michigan) or AC in the summer (imagine them running AC at 70 degrees all summer in Phoenix) or just general disregard for leaving lights on and things like that.

If it's just you that owns the LLC, it's considered a Disregarded Entity which means you virtually have no Asset Protection and it's just like you own the property in your own name.

If entities are disregarded, you can keep up with more than 1 in a single QBO account using the location/business feature to keep track of them separately.
