Hey gang - A partner and I just started a local RE investor meetup.Q: For anyone that attends these regularly or runs one....what are some of your best practices/tips/tricks to keep your audience engaged and growing?

IE becoming a MFR landlord you do need some training.Its just like when you buy a franchise you have to go to their training so you learn how to cook the burgers right and so on and so forth.

For a solo team we have a plan for $147/mo that includes onboarding to connect your tools at sign up and anytime throughout your membership at no additional cost, and screen share training with our team.

The pool table collapsed on my husband (that's what happens when you try to move a slate pool table across the room and aren't trained to do so).7. 

The garage was built to work on trucks having 14' ceilings and 2 bay doors heating cooling about 700 sqft.

This training can make you a multi millionaire  at best or put 50 to 100k+ in your pocket every year part time. 

Are there strategies, financing tips, or resources you’d recommend for someone in my position?
