Specifics--the land is 0.5 miles from the exit 14 along I-4 and within 1 mile radius, there's a 2,500 student High school, a 900+ charter K-8 and a 1300 elementary school and behind this land is an RV Resort of at least 500 residents.

This is not something specifically laid out in the CCR's since they havn't been updated since the 1970s (the original charter) but they do have what amounts to an errata file that they add notes into.
