there are used container brokers at most ports I think he pays about 2 to 4k per container ships them to his plant in Oregon then configures them I have not seen him place them yet though..

We got an update today on water.  3 plants serve Asheville, they're working on all 3, South Asheville has water, the other two that serve the remainder (downtown included) will take longer.  

Definitely a great town to plant an Investment flag.
