It sounds like your property manager is not prioritizing your rental as they should, which is causing delays and lost income.

At least, if you don't want issues down the road tax wise and if the government finds out it could cause some serious legal issues.

In general, if I personally don't like something, it's less of a cause for concern than if a good tenant doesn't like it.

Then it's them unable to sell in the money, and buy a new one cause rates locked up the previous buyers.The 1st point is the real state of unemployment.
