I would recommend starting with educating yourself thoroughly on the business, your market, the types of properties you want to flip, construction costs, what other investors and flippers are doing etc. wholesaling is very competitive and you need either a very large budget or a lot of time to be able to generate deals.Flipping I am all about finding good deals and good contractors and lease options are all about motivated sellers.Check our Carrot websites, yellow letter HQ for mail they have some good info and turn key sytems.

I am giving investor carrot a try (River City Home Buyers Website) and handling the seo myself since I have a little bit of experience with seo and adwords from managing it at A-1 Door. 

I'd personally try to incentivize him to clean the property before applying pressure in terms of an eviction - carrot before the stick approach.

I set up 2 investor carrot sites a month ago to move away from cold calling. 

Sticks with no carrots is a very bad approach. 

That said you have the ancient tools of the carrot and the stick (cash for keys VS eviction).

I figured this was a bad print or since it rains a lot here in the pnw that it was an accident. but over the course of the next few months every postcard i got back was badly smudged and felt like it wasn't very appealing or coming across as professional (i also had my website listed on the postcards)I've got a carrot website and have started the SEO content packages and have had that up since June.

So does the PPC feed into a Carrot website?

I always get hooked by lead propellor and investor carrot whenever I read about them, but, I consider myself woefully uninformed on the true cost of these sites.Obviously, just having a website doesn’t create leads.
