You find the house completely trashed with missing appliances and cabinets, tenants were cooking meth, windows broken, etc. 6-8 months of unpaid rent, unpaid utilities, thousands to empty the abandoned property and trash, $50,000 to completely renovate the property and make it rentable again, plus all the time, energy, and stress along the way.I would actually argue this is pretty common and not even the worst-case scenario. 

Much of the work that was done had to be redone, especially due to stolen wiring, cabinets, etc.

Stuff as simple as replace cabinets/counters and repaint.

Paint some cabinets.

I was contacted for the required service and provided all the information to them on how to ask for warranty as well as use the electrician direct contact that is printed in the kitchen cabinet.

They do everything from framing, trim, painting, roofing, siding, flooring, cabinets, etc. and they can tell you when the plumber or electrician didn't show or did something wrong.

Light rehab, paint, blinds, fixtures, and paint cabinets.
