I feel like about 30% of the active posters on BP are folks in bloated markets like NY who need to invest OOS to make the most of their capital.

I'm not satisfied with bloated bureaucracies and their wasteful spending being subsidized by penalty to the people in one form or another.

Why pay a realtor thousands of dollars to wait to see your listing, research it enough to pass it on, set up an appointment, show it, write up a bloated contract, blah blah blah.
