There are a ton of websites with info, but here is a quick comparison of some of the cards with good promos right now. 21 months of 0% interest should get you to a really good place if you are pumping as much cash into that balance as you can.

This card had a promo of 12 interest free, so I took an opportunity of this and will later cashout refinance.

Absent a promo from a bank, your interest rate should be as high or higher than the best bank/CU rates, and one can argue that the US Treasury will be the last of all banks to go under, if that’s a concern of yours.  

As of a few weeks ago I was getting promo rates in the mail to draw on my existing lines.

He did the HELOC for my duplex and they are running a promo now for a reduced rate.

I dont watch his "promo" style videos Ive been watching his older stuff from a few years ago called Cardone Zone where he has people call in and he analyzes their deals... 

Huge difference.I only pay C$15/month (C$180/yr) per subscription (I got a lifetime promo discount at the time).

With rates low, my promo rate on the HELOC expiring, a bunch of exterior renovations I want to do, and prices at an all time high in Boston, I thought February was the perfect time to refi.
