I would be doing this to gain the anonymity of the Wyoming LLC, limiting my liability regarding the property to the LLC and also gaining the creditor protections of Wyoming law, since it only provides for a charging order that does not permit a creditor to force sale, direct distributions or acquire an LLC interest, even for a single member WY LLC.

So you're not completely anonymous.

The DST allows for Series Compartmentalization of the assets and can be held anonymously.

Which I support 100% and do a lot in anonymity for clients but we should be doing 100X more to inform persons/public of what we do, have done and can do for others.

The anonymity isn't near as big a deal as people make it out to be. 

But filling in the blanks and remaining anonymous is inconsiderate in my view.Do yourself a favor and learn how to evaluate and present a flip properly before you ask anyone to invest.
