Anyone know or have a had a good experience with any bankers in the Bay Area?

I'm guessing #3 as it seems more conducive to building a relationship with someone who a. had the capital to at least purchase 1 unit and b. is now going to be pleased with your STR management performance and in a good place to back you or recommend you.

When I was sent my initial closing disclosure (before my appraisal), Section A. had 2 line items: "1.2% of Loan Amount (Points)" aka the Origination Fee$1,295 "Commitment Fee." 

However, we recommend a had good credit.
