I'm not sure about Asians living there, as this was a very African American area when I lived there 4 years ago, but I guess things could have changed.

I am  African American and my dads good friend and business partner is a Hasidic jew and I can give you his number as a reference and he will tell you how much he loved making money in this city!

The area is primarily african american low income and he is originally from the area.
