If you want something that looks nice Article and Castlery have some great looking stuff without breaking the bank too bad ($2-3K range).

I saw this article today about how Booking is not paying many hosts for stays in Europe, Thailand, and Indonesia.

That is who they write that article for so they can sell subscriptions. 

Why not take his name off the LLC and put it in your name now while the LLC has $0 of value (or whatever nominal amount your articles of organization or operating agreement say that you contributed)?
