This is why I never rent a place without miniblinds and curtains in place here, and when I have a REAL problem that could potentially put me up the crick without a paddle, my local district magistrate tends to look more favorably upon it.But hey, who know how it works in California or wherever the place you're remote-managing is.

OFF topic  I just saw one of those stand up paddles boards that have steps in them so you can do like a starimaster type step and propel the board. do you have any of those.. also has handle bars so you get better balance.. now that is one I might be able to manuvour
