Looking at fall/winter 2025 at the moment as I will have a decent chunk of liquidity if needed to throw at it by then.

We have cold winters in northern NH.

I bought probably 80% of our investment properties in fall and winter.

How is access in the winter?

I added a pool and did some landscaping and have been using it as a family winter retreat and renting it to a STR operator the rest of the year.
