Dodd Frank was very specific about lenders verifying homeowners' income when they purchase a home.

Homeowners are going to be required now to actually verify licenses, which isn't hard at all to do.

There are even members that will respond here that have ulterior motives, so you shouldn't trust them.Go through the content available here on BP and then start looking for a Property Management Company you can build a relationship with - but, still verify & validate what they do as no one is perfect and even an honest mistake can cost thousands.Some agents may post here to start with them, but 95%+ of agents don't know how to properly identify a rental property to buy.

@Peggy GarnaatI stand corrected, I was able to verify that you purchased a property with JWB a little over 2 years ago.In my opinion you overpaid for the property but if you are making money and happy with your investment - I am happy for you.I was able to verify that Pam also purchased a property with JWBI was not able to verify that Michael, Ginny, Linor or David purchased properties with JWB.

False.When an entity or a human has capital gains you owe Uncle Sam.How will you vet and continue during the years of ownership to verify who is an American and what percent the mix?
