So we fight we get to trial ( one of the rare times in all my 4 decades I ever got in front of a judge) and we are just about to wrap up, Council for the Church is sitting there going over the dates of publications and it just dawns on him that tax collector for that year only published in the paper 20 days not the 21 days.. he makes a motion shows the judge..

I did not get this figured out overnight its taken a year of trial and error and learning.

On another interesting note, there are some pretty good sized companies that I have come to understand do a QCD as a function of modifying the mortgage (or trial mod).

They do offer a free trial but otherwise you have to pay but it is totally worth it.
