Are the people that give bad feedback on the reviews actually the lazy ones who sort of half commit themselves, put half *** effort in studying the material and submit half cocked deals to Jerrys buying team only to be rejected and when they dont make any money in 30-90 days just get angry and decide they will give a bad testimony on rip off report?

I went to the ATM to today to see if I could just start withdrawing my funds from the account that way but since I have several virtual accounts with funds in each one and baselane only issued one debit card for the "main" account, it won't let me pull the funds from the additional accounts.

For the first part of your question even if you were working with a realtor, I don't personally know many that have a true pulse on rehab costs and I wouldn't make any investment decisions based on their rehab cost projections.My suggestion would be to study how to evaluate the Big 6 rehab costs: roof, siding, windows, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

@Johnny SmithThere are other ways to reduce your taxes besides real estate.I recommend finding a tax strategist who specializes in real estate taxation, financial planning and tax planning.You may want to consider working with your accountant remotely to expand your options.I would also recommend looking for a accountant willing to work with you throughout the year.
