Prove it.

I am currently pursuing a Master's in Real Estate Development and Investments and have an opportunity to study in paris for a few months.During this time, I am to focus on the office market and investment strategies.

Of course I realize this will be a crazy, crazy statement for many on here - and that further proves my point...One of my favorite statements buy one of the best entrepreneurs in the world today, Richard Branson, goes like this:"If someone offers you an amazing opportunity and you're not sure you can do it, say yes - then learn how to do it later".

I think my hypothesis is proving correct as many of them right now are in litigation due to the way they managed their syndications. 

I recently graduated from college and am considering taking a W2 job that is outside my field of study.

I'm studying for my Real Estate license, enrolled in a Real Estate Program, going to Meetups, and joining Facebook groups that interest me.

Have you had a phase 1 or 2 study done for abestos. 

I realize this post is 2 years old but someone may have the same question.I use Microsoft One Note for Desktops, it's free and stores your notes in notebooks with tags that are easily searchable for reference later.I have notebooks for Note Investing, Real Estate Investing, Information Technology, and Digital Marketing.Usually, something that I'm studying falls into one of those categories and each notebook has subcategories.
