Deposit solutions like Rhino, Damage insurance, lost rent insurance, and things like that. 

I've heard of a seller acknowledgement form, having a limited power of attorney, nonrefundable deposit, etc.

It should also show any security deposit collected, pet fees, cleaning feesetc.3.
