Will he have skin in the game?

A consumer tenant/buyer for more than 6-months is legal, but dangerous and highly discouraged because compliance is almost impossible and the statutory penalty prohibitive.Also, you will have difficulty evicting if the judge knows anything because you (landlord) must show superior right to possession. 

My question, then is this; How difficult is it to begin a career in real estate?

Also have 23 units that are 6.5 hour drive and that really isnt that difficult. I

Now I am simply settled in with tenants with whom I have a respected, professional relationship.I have a thick skin and fulfill my duties so it wouldn’t phase me.
