All I need is a roll of stamps.

From what I understand, there was a lot of unscrupulous L/O practice occuirng in the valley (deep south Texas) and a lot of first generation immigrants were getting taken to the cleaners and loosing the shirts off their backs from predatory L/O operator practices.

How much should I pay someone to address the envelope with return address, mailing address, placing the stamp and stuffing the envelope and also drop in the mailbox?

The lawn on that property is like a postage stamp though and the rental for the property is September to May.
