Not typicaly, as others have said, the worse the area, the better the potential cashflow.I have a rental in a "Better" Area than one I currently live in, so some areas can be good for cashflow.There's a subdivision outside of my town that is becoming retiree heaven, and TONS of investors own properties there, due to the fact at one time they were built as low income housing.

I drive a 2006 Ford Mustang...I know its a little much, and a gas guzzler...but when I put that pedal t the floor and hear that motor...and then feel myself jerk back into the seat...it's a rush 8) Ever since I was a little kid I've loved mustangs, and now to have one...I'm in heaven!!!
