@Scott Ellis how stressful was it when you found out you weren't getting the financing you were expecting and having to scramble for money elsewhere?

I'm also losing the time I would've had to make the place habitable, I'd have to scramble to work on it over the weekends while living in it, not ideal.I don't have a ton of leverage- this guy just got rid of his ****** tenants thanks to me and he could just as easily walk away and rent for longer, but the place has been on the market off and on for years. 

They are scrambling to backtrack on what they've done.

I'm still scrambling but I feel a lot more confident that I'll be able to create a business around real estate investing than I did when after I spent $100 to attend a Rich Dad weekend conference in 2014 that sparked my interest in this.

I never want to scramble nor do i want to finance any of those.
