There's a reason I'm not buying them though... because if cash flow is the driving factor for me, Fanduel has some great parlay boosts :) I want wealth and putting down 50k to make $150/month doesn't excite me.

You could use your own personal funds or cashflow from these to purchase the next units, but you would always have those paid off one's sitting there keeping you safe. 

Chris I agree that the administrative burden drives minimum investment amounts higher to make sure the juice is worth the squeeze to the sponsor.
