I believe prices will rebound next year once reduced investment in development in estabilished fields and increased demand hits the market but that is just my guess.What are y'all doing to protect yourself while still staying active? 

Cash flow will be neutral to slightly positive, but the Tampa market seems to be finally rebounding.
