Are title companies allowed to give out information about customers in their database. Say phone numbers. I am thinking of building my buyers list through this strategy. Would this work?

I like the online banks that offer a slightly higher interest rate usually in the 2% range right now such as Ally bank, the brick and mortar guys offer basically nothing and will sometimes charge fees just for the privilege of having an account.

He may charge $5000 for the privilege and released so be sure.
