For me, I've found that as I hone in on a location and an asset class, everything gets easier. 

The other thing is for commercial loans the brokers usually prefer it to be bigger.

I am joining to help/support others with their journey and also help me ACCELERATE my REI investing through peer support, coaching, and preferable has a model to follow based on one's goals.

For our next play we want to get into a single or multi-family, and preferably participate in what seems like a booming market in Florida. 

Option 1: Seek out a portfolio lender and/or look at better asset types - commercial. 

I am currently located in Daytona Beach and would prefer looking at property in this area, but for the right deal I would be willing to relocate.

I think Cozy will also work I just prefer the look and feel of the Simplifyem website better.

I don't include non paying Tenants because I like a small slice of positivity in my life and prefer to think I did our screening well enough that all our Tenants are paying.Cheers! 

.: Emotionally..... pay off your primary.Financially..... use the $$ to buy assets that make you $$...hands down a smarter use of your capital Especially if your interest rate is well below what the current rates have been. 

Some people love the larger companies and some people prefer the smaller ones.
