@Michael Caro first of all congrats on trying to take this plunge at age 20!

there are a lot of recent decent threads about Arbitrage, I strongly suggest you review them thoroughly before plunging into the Madness. 

@Adriana Rego It's very important to learn as much as you can before taking the plunge in using IRA funds for real estate investment.  

Many have told me I would be a very successful agent if I decided to take the plunge. 

    (3) If you are serious about taking the plunge, do your own research especially now when there are great resources available on the web (when I started in Rochester even zillow was not there yet). 

Not sure how I got here one min I was reading Rich dad poor dad and its as if "agent Smith" (matrix) himself plunged his hand in my head and changed my way of thinking.

You do not want a tenant trying to play plumber if it is something more than just a basic clog that can be plunged. 

Woonsocket tends to shoot up when real estate is hot, but then plunges when it's not.

I just feel it's better to take the plunge now than for something else to impede my progress and never do anything. 

I am finally taking the plunge into real estate investing.
