Secondly, farmed bandit signs, craigslist, twitter etc and reached out to a few people and I just googled "cash buyers real estate" in my state and contacted them as well with some success.

hi, i decided  to knock on doors which I prefer face to face contact  is the best...Thursday will be my fourth day farming one particular area in miami...I am not trying to be all over the place so I don't go crazy...I find myself networking with just about everybody and their moms...if you know what I mean lol...just joking...but I will keep you updated with the progress...wish me luck!!!!!!!
