Hey @Chris Harrison, You can't do seller finance on the entire asking with a loan attached to the property.

A personal loan is not attached to title in 2nd lien position and you can get up to $50,000.00 if you have good credit and your DTI is in align.You can also use that $10K for a down payment on another purchase so at least you have options!

Attached is how I would quote this one from the financing side, depending on the location of the property and credit score.

I understand you have to start somewhere, but in combination with the other red flags, it's a solid no from me.Don't get attached to a deal because some numbers look great. 

Their turning these huge homes into duplexs and maybe a 3plex if it has an attached garage.

The cash flow is especially nice when attached fixed rate long term debt on an asset which should appreciate well.

I believe he may be a little too emotionally attached.

I have a business idea attached on the back end of it for value add to the tenants since it is a very specific niche market that I am targeting.
