We are thinking working with Fund Launch to make it more smooth simple ride for us to create the fund for the first time.

The investors who were totally ( or at least MOSTLY) honest in all their dealings ending up with real estate produced net worth $3 million or more.I don’t know why this is, but I’ve seen it time and time again.

While I know that return goals are different for each investor and their specific goals, it seems that a bad or low-performing deal for one person might be what another investor is looking for. 

My spouse negotiated with the builder on the phone and it was easy to ask for a lower price since the area was still suburban at that time.
