ACH bank to bank and zelle  not through a third party platform I believe are the only ones not currently slated to issue 1099s since it is bank to bank but if you get audited the government will look at those as well. 

Also, once you have them accepted as your tenants, you can onboard them onto Turbotenant and you can manage them on that platform. I

Heck with my call platform I can send someone a text message every second for days from a different number each time so they cant block me and lock up a person cellphone who sent me an unwanted text.
