While this may sound like it's just addressing the OP, it's not really, it's addressed to the multitudes of newbies on BP who aren't even prepared to sell apples on a street corner, much less real estate.

Depending on the area you invest in Milwaukee, property taxes can really affect your cashflow.There are a multitude of reasons why taxes are so high in Milwaukee...but that is a conversation for another thread.  

But the reality is that listed properties are usually pretty worked over and anything that is a good deal and makes it to the mls will get massive attention from the multitudes of desperate buyers all too willing to overpay.  

 @Peace Lily  Sounds like you are having a multitude of issues on the project.

This typically does not show up on Realtor.com because it is information that banks and homeowners sometimes want to keep private for a multitude of reasons (security, privacy of financial matters, etc.).

I know a lot of families and individuals are struggling out there for a multitude of reasons. 

There are a multitude of ways of investing money.  

More importantly, it has caused me to question stocks and turn to real estate as a form of investment I can 1) truly understand (as opposed to investing in a multitude of complex organizations), and 2) impact the outcome of through my actions and decisions.

All her multitude of questions (which I did pretty well answering) and her interest just scared the hell out of me.
