I get leads in other markets and wholesaling is really the only way I can monetize those.

The gurus have just monetized the opportunity.My 2 cents - ask your questions on these forums, and you will get enough opinions from very experienced investors that aren't trying to take your hard earned money.  

My ONLY goal is the buy the property if I can find a way to monetize the deal. 

With eXp he'll be able to sponsor both team member and solo agents, monetize his transaction management, and grow a more fluid and organic team. 

I have enough exits that if it's not what I want specifically, I can easily monetize the lead passing to someone else.

We currently use PriceLabs for dynamic pricing which I feel has been very beneficial for us.I would like to hear your thoughts on how you think we can best monetize our short term rental.For context, we are competing more in the hotel/motel space with our studio, not really in the vacation property niche. 

IMO $500/mo net is very unrealistic unless you are talking paying hundreds and hundreds of thousands per door 

For SFR, I recommend aiming for 250$/mo net on a financed SFR, in good condition, with a purchase price between 50-75k.

Now I want to  create more ways to monetize and scale all my vacation rentals.

If you do not allow them, you lose out to half the renters in the market or the renters will just get a fake prescription for an emotional support animal and you'll be forced to allow the animal but not allowed to monetize it.Instead of rejecting animals, figure out how to protect yourself while monetizing it.Personally, about 1/3 of my rentals allow animals and we rarely have a problem that's not covered by the security deposit.
