It's similar to Venmo. 

Not sure if anyone is aware of this, but Marco's partner and CFO, Ronald Fossum, was charged with fraud by the SEC fairly recently and barred from participating in any type of similar activity.

We had a third party report done for our prior offerings (similar to how a mutual fund has a third party verification report to verify the returns). 

I relate with knowing I want to build my real estate portfolio but feeling overwhelmed with how to choose a market (I live in Seattle which is similar to CA with regards to the price to rent ratio challenges), so I wanted to share my current plan.

If some other dude wanted to run this business it sounds like they could just buy a mobile home on a similar plot of land for like $200,000 and throw up $40,000 worth of sheds and the like.

I hope now that we exposed them, people, who are now in a similar situation will be able to identify this scam and not lose their money and credit over this.

It sounds super similar to RentalHero, but I feel like the interface on RentalHero is pretty dated.
