If it cannot be restored to its original condition then I would dock their SD or charge the rental account.Of course, that is my interpretation.

If I fix the problem on my own, I can not charge for my own labor.By extension, I also interpret that to mean that even if I outsource the repair work, I can not add a "supervisory fee" and mark up the charge to the tenant.Let us know what your attorney says.

Wow, this is really scary...This is one of the most illogical discussions I've had here, and I don't know what to make of it (after some seemingly logical discussions with you in the past).If you want to believe something is true because of a single Internet forum post and an illogical interpretation of cause and effect from a newspaper article, I guess I shouldn't bother arguing.Sorry, I can't have this discussion anymore.
