Hey -- I'm keeping my SFR/Duplex buy and hold portfolio and heading into out-of-state multifamily, so I'm still trying to grasp various elements.

Based on the info you provided, to bid a project accurately here are a few elements you need to provide or clarify:- you indicate 1 bedroom units- but what’s the square footage?

A third element may also be brewing.

I really like the idea of real estate because it can help me reach my financial goals as well as teach me a lot about business.I really look forward to learning more about real estate investment and hope to interact with more members within this community.

So far my interactions with wholesalers haven’t been super awesome: ARV is way off, rehab costs are materials only, etc.
