I haven't heard a single inquiry since I posted the ad in so many places and this is not at all typical in my market around this time.Tenant seemed insensitive to the landlord during this pandemic.

Its crazy how I used to get hundreds of inquiries and now it's zero.

There are several of you who respond to our inquiries on the regular here in the BP forum(s).

A recap of my initial inquiry: I proposed a 40/60 equity split and I pay my investor a 8% preferred return. 

In the Marketplace though you should get a lot of inquiries.

Currently abiding by the restriction, but the number of inquiries I’m turning down now that states are reopening is piling up by the day and clearly not something that appears to be in play for the big boys.

All those hard inquiries (credit) could be effecting your credit score as well.
